Downloading tickets - Help please!

I have received my link but its saying that the link only works on a smartphone. Are the club now saying that unless you have a smartphone you cant download a ticket. I had assumed you could download onto a PC and print it off.

Ring the ticket office today. They'll give you a paper ticket

Most had theirs via text and/or email (depending on their cardifcityfc.co.uk preferences (agreed when they originally set up the account)

Afraid not. I had it sent to my e mail address but the problem is it can only be opened on a smart phone not a pc. I had assumed that you could print it off on a PC. My son has his on his phone. Do you think we could both tickets on the same phone? Tried contacting the club on numerous occasions by phone and e mail but no response. I cant believe the way the club have dealt with this. Blood pressure now at a very high level!

I would maybe forward your email to your son’s email address then you should be able to both use his phone, you can then at least show them at the gates you have tickets if any issues

It does say on Android or modern fone required. others have managed to get through on fone just need patience.. and as been suggested just forward mail to sons fone and should work... another fan had same problem was sorted by ticket office today so anything is possible? Hopefully you'll get sorted.... but if no joy today go to ticket office early in morning inconvenience I know but it happens especially at city...
