Only double vaccinated fans allowed in sports grounds is being proposed
Problems outside grounds near kick off time are already an issue.
could hurt season ticket sales , crowds

I understand they are currently looking at sports crowds of 20,000 or more, which generally excludes us. (except the Swansea game perhaps) However, Mr Drakeford may have his own ideas shortly. This remains to be seen.
I have never personally been in favour of vaccination passports, although I am a big supporter of the vaccination programme. With around 90% of adults double jabbed in a couple of months time, we may find that many fans would be happier to see something like this brought in and think of it as an incentive to attend matches.
Potentially, the people who could not be vaccinated for proved health reasons could be excluded from this requirement.
The others would miss out.
Then, what do you do about unvaccinated kids?
As an alternative, perhaps a pre-match covid test could be completed before entry to the ground, but only if the result was instant and accurate. It's my guess that may also be too difficult with thousands of people queuing to get in.
Whatever the outcome, the effects are certain to seriously reduce the number of fans attending the matches affected by such a ruling.
Stand by for what could be a bumpy ride'

Statism yes when the pandemic too hold but not now when we should be embracing freedom.
This virus is here to stay and we’ve got to live with it but it’s disproportionate to shackle the country.

Sorry, but I have to disagree.
I'm an idiot and I've been double jabbed

I've got my Vaccination Passport but I notice it only lasts about a month, so have to reapply
Personally, I have no issues with needing one, as it helps keep people safe. However, consideration has to be given to those like Since62 who are unable to be vaccinated for medical reason
Maybe a similar 'Passport' system could be put in place much as the registered 'Mask Exemption' ones
It's certainly a toughie but all things have to be considered

Thats good because in wales you cannot get a passport as Welsh app doesn't have it to download like in England...so if you want to go away game you cant as no proof of vaccination unless they accept vaccination card when received jabs? but if you didn't have jab or couldn't have jab your screwed... this also applies to concerts ect in England.

Chris there will be a way around things for people like 62 same way you'll need proof of vaccine will need proof of exemption...... as it stands I need letter off gp when go to Antigua because cant wear mask on plane so dont see problem... as for those that wont get vaccine its their choice so if this is implemented it's their problem harsh but thats the reality of things

If you are unable to have jab for specific reasons like health that is covered by Englands passport app so can gain entry to events
