Couldn't happen to a better club...or should I say set of gobshite fans!

Our problems are small compared to several clubs in championship as need to sell best players? come end season get a better idea as to extent clubs are impacted by corvid and relegated clubs advantage of 40m extra income..

Agree with you, but Swansea isn't one of those clubs. Their American owners have already had all the money they originally paid for the club by selling all their best players, starting with Gyfli Sigurdsson for over £40m, so they now own the club and have had to put no money into it.

Agree with you, but Swansea isn't one of those clubs. Their American owners have already had all the money they originally paid for the club by selling all their best players, starting with Gyfli Sigurdsson for over £40m, so they now own the club and have had to put no money into it.

Own the club own the debts their sales have kept them afloat and in profit but gst I'd coming to an end along with parachute payments ..so will have to rely on sales primarily to get excess income ... no success less fans = equals less income same for all clubs

Chris I think it was due to Cooper not having any money to spend to bring in new players, and the fact that the yanks were actively selling Grimes, along with any player worth a couple of bob, and no money for replacements
