Car park ticket.

My mate is trying to renew his car park ticket, with no luck, gets onto the car park ticket page, presses continue, but is referred back to the same page, I have also tried it on my laptop, with no luck, any one else having the same problem. any advice would be welcomed.

There is a problem because car park is still being used by covid testing ..... presume he didnt renue when did st that's why he cannot do it online now... send email to ticket office with his fone number explaining situation and st number take time but should reply eventually.
