Season tickets again! - A question

Does anyone know if the club will take renewals via phone or at the ticket office before the deadline to save your existing seat runs out?

A mate of mine is really struggling. He has no computer access and is trying to renew using his phone. He has forgotten his password and has been sent a link by the club to reset the password.

However every time he tries to do that he gets the following message "An unexpected error occurred preventing us from fulfilling your request. Please try again shortly and contact support if the issue persists".

Numerous emails to the club have gone unanswered.

My mate is very concerned that if he cannot sort out the renewal by the end of July that he will lose the seat he has had since the stadium was opened.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Only emails I’m afraid, crazy that they do not even have a single person in the phone.

I wonder how they will manage when the pre season friendly tickets become available,

Glad its sorted hopefully we now can all get into stadium for beginning of season.
