Season ticket purchase

Anyone having issues trying to renew season ticket with bluebird credit ? I can’t get any joy from it ! I’ve got nearly a full credit from last season gone through all the procedure to buy taking the credit up to the limit then it’s asking me to pay now at the full price !
Emailed them waiting on a maybe answer whenever

Add credit to the value of the ticket minus the 3 quid admin fee. Should work.

Yes I was having similar issues til I left £3 to pay. All went through then
