Bluebirds Credit

Just after some advice. I received a credit of about £70 for the 2019/20 season, which was used to reduce the price I paid off last seasons ticket. I opted for a streaming pass which totals £230 and from the price of my season ticket of £279 the bluebirds credit is £49. The way the info is written from the club made me assume I would get the credit from 2019 of £70 applied to last seasons of £49 totalling £149. Was I wrong to assume this or is my credit balance wrong?

Bluebirds Credit Eligibility
2020/21 Season Ticket Holders who opted for a Streaming Pass will have their Bluebirds Credit updated with the value of their 2020/21 Season Ticket, minus a £10-per-game deduction (from the first home league fixture following the redemption of their Streaming Pass).
2020/21 Season Ticket Holders who did not opt for a Streaming Pass will have their Bluebirds Credit updated with the full value of their 2020/21 Season Ticket.
2019/20 Season Ticket or Match Ticket holders who opted for Ticket Office credit to be redeemed in the 2020/21 season will have any outstanding Ticket Office credit balances added to their Bluebirds Credit.

You've used the 19/20 £70 against the 20/21 ticket that you used the streaming pass against.

So £279 - £230 streaming pass is £49. So £49 for 21/22 credit.

The wording on the City website is horrific and bloody confusing.

Don't worry you ain't the first to think the same.

When renewing - I found that the credit wouldn't apply the final couple of quid and I think its because of the £3 admin fee.

I managed to use the extra against my lads ST bought together with mine - might be different on a single ST, but knowing the City... I doubt it and you'll end up with a few quid hungover in the credit account.

What if a streaming pass was not used, for whatever reason, it simply wasn’t used to access any of the home games whatsoever?

If you did not sign up for the streaming pass you will be credited, if you chose to sign up unfortunately, games watched or not your credit would be used up
