No complaints but the second goal killed the game and it was a clear foul on Kieffer. Ref had an absolute stinker but Denmark took control after ten minutes and we had no answers..

The future is bright though. Looking back at the trajectory of progress it’s brilliant. Let’s not dwell on Bale and look at teams like the opposition today. The Danes probably had better dispersed quality and we’re heading that way

The squad and the potential that there is beneath them (age wise) deserves a strong and confident decision. If it were me, I’d be SOS to Bellers (although I want him as a Bluebirds manager first). Let’s believe. It’s the strongest squad that there’s ever been imo - Esp defensively which obviously can be questioned on today’s result - I remember squad after squad including defenders in the 3rd and 4th tier. Let’s think big and we might get there

Simply naive. Its harsh to stick the knife in considering the situation but, should he apply, I’ll definitely be campaigning for him not to get the job! It’s been the easiest tournament to qualify for for decades and Turkey embodied that. Page has done nothing to gain a permanent role imo. The best performance of the tournament, imo, was against Italy ( a good team who we almost got a result against). The Swiss battered us let’s not forget

I’d love to know why Vaulks wasn’t picked. There is no obvious reason. I’m not saying that now that we’re out. I was honestly confused by that from the start

Denmark won one group game to qualify and this was the first time they left Copenhagen. We've been to Baku and Rome enroute with barely a fan in sight.
Players looked leggy at best and Ramsey anonymous after the first ten minutes.
Denmark won the midfield and controlled the game from there. With help from a very poor ref. Really not sure why Page is getting any stick. Our big guns didn't perform and when they don't we can expect to beat very good teams like Denmark.
