Maybe seen as a pointless exercise under this Junta...?
Or maybe (looking at the anti-social, fluid-throwing antics 5 years ago) they appreciate how most wouldn't know how to behave when/if Wales scored a goal and simply decided it's not worth the hassle under current conditions...?
Just some thoughts

Chris is probably to do with the hassle and the restrictions in place because someone as to oversee the event and its definitely not worth it when you can go to pubs to watch game... but notably the vale council has not applied after allowing vale resort to hold one last game... people forget that WG restrictions are still in place while Englands are not.. like ice rinks here closed open since may in England and there are other examples of disparity between the countries
