Next years season ticket

Can someone explain the longer winded email in short for me

If I renewed my 2020/2021 season ticket in full will I now have that credit for next years season ticket??

Yes as long as you didn’t have the streaming pass

The way I read it is that whatever you paid last year comes off this years price, so for me I paid 249 last season and this years price is 329 so its 80 pound for me this year.
Only difference is if you opted for the online stream match pass last season which takes 10 pound off each time you used it

I presumed it was 23 times when I signed up for it.

£10 came off your season ticket x23 games ie £230 if you signed up to streaming all home games,
Irrespective of whether you watched it or not.
