OLE: WE MUST SEEK REINFORCEMENTS
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits he must strengthen his squad if the club are to finally end their wait for a trophy following their Europa League final defeat to Villarreal.
United's wait for silverware will head into a fifth year after David de Gea's penalty miss consigned them to an agonising 11-10 shootout defeat in Gdnask following a 1-1 draw.
Solskjaer admits there must be reinforcements this summer, saying: "We, who are here now, need to do better, work better, harder, cleverer. But two or three players to strengthen the starting line-up and the squad altogether is important for us to go even further.
"I'm sure our challengers will also want to improve, so we'll improve as much as we can."
