Well already members of equity (acting union) but it's a problem that's coming more and more into game especially since var as come in and empty grounds no noise to drown out their death screams!

Ps it's become a non contact sport inside penalty area as if touch player with a feather they go down screaming broken leg... var treats all contact in penalty area as fouls! At least in championship its hit and miss if ref gives penalty as we've seen.

Do they need to have some form of qualification in diving as well?

Yes must be members of P.A.D.I (professional association of diving instructors)

My worry is the jacks, as they are the royal academy of divers, and they will profit unfairly SHOULD they sneak up!! The rest of the prem are shitting it!!

Got long way to go to beat goulash kane and son for falling over their own shoe laces! But it's TRUE some teams have professional divers ..... goulash as 100 gouls against him highest in premier league he also won the most freekicks in championship!!
