ive never really understood the bad boy thing at Newcastle... relegated twice but bounced back as champions twice... and the rest of the time in the prem... its not great but not terrible either ?

Shop is owned by Sports Direct and the new owners want merchandise under club control. Not unreasonable it seems..

I think it's because of the size of the stadium and fan base, still one of the biggest in the country despite being like a yoyo.
