Football crowds will be returning in May for Premier League Clubs, 10,000 crowds in England only,the Welsh and Scottish Governments have said no.

The government has ruled out any Premier League clubs being involved in test events in April to avoid giving any team an advantage as the season nears its critical period.

I'm sure I read Drakeford saying ages ago that Welsh teams would not be put at any disadvantage, let's see if he sticks to that !!

Well it's irrelevant, because there are no Welsh clubs in the Premier League at the moment.

It only says these crowds returning are for the Premier League's final two match weeks, not the EFL.
