' Renaming CCS Stands "

If the club were to rename the stands at the CCS what would you rename them.
I'd go for?


1. The Peter Whittingham Stand
2. The Phil Dwyer Stand
3. The Brian Clark Stand
4. The Fred Keenor Stand

It'll be for sponsorship when they do rename them, as with the stadium name.

There was some sort of contract that meant they couldn't do it for so long I think.

How about naming an end after the great Gary Bell?

I'm sure many would like to take their seat in the Bell End

You can't (well you can but not in my opinion) rename the Ninian Stand, it's allready named in memory of our previous home. For me therefore the name of that stand should never change.

I'd like to see 'The Peter Whittingham Family Stand' I think it would be a fitting tribute to a
modern day legend.

I'm all for that, if someone wants to pay £500,000 to call it the 'Betway Heed Your Hunch Handicap Ninian Stand' then they can crack on, but we shouldn't be looking to rename the Ninian Stand the 'Emiliano Sala' Stand or something ridiculous like that. It would be an insult in my opinion. Even Whitts (RIP) shouldn't be having a stand named after him. A great player for us and one I really enjoyed watching but not enough to have a stand named after him.

Some of our fans get carried away and take things to far I think.

We should definitly do something for Whitts to remember him when fans are allowed back and then all move forward to the future.

The OP has listed 4 players/club servants and missed out so many more who would be equally or more deserving

Equally, I don't think we should rename the Canton Stand

However, we should reinstate the Grange End where the current 'Early Leavers Family Stand' is

They can call the Grand Stand whatever they choose, so long as it ends in those words...

imagine the kumar brothers stand.. the ridler stand, the sam hammam stand and the vincent tan stand... id imagine there would be quite a bit of movement regarding where people sit ?
