‘ Fair play to Wilfred Zaha ‘

Tue Mar 16, 2021 11:02 am

The other day #CrystalPalace striker #WilfriedZaha became the first #PremierLeague footballer to refuse to 'take the #knee' in support of Marxist BLM, speaks volumes!

More and more players are getting fed up of it.

It’s gone on and on now, enough is enough.

Well done Wilfred Zaha. It takes a lot of courage to make a stand - as you have done. I can't believe that football has been clinging for so long to this BLM ritual - the people in charge must have become aware of the nature of BLM as an organisation many months ago. So why continue? It's just like a government that made the wrong decisions around CV and was badly advised. The politicians can't admit to that obviously - for political reasons - it may be the same for the 'politicians' of football - BUT it would be great if we could get a similar courageous stand from a prominent individual in relation to the government's 'lockdown' policy. It didn't work and many places that did not lock down have fared better. I only hope that one day these politicians and their advisors will be asked to justify their actions. It is a disgrace that such people control our lives - and WE have no voice at all, outside of social media like this. In parliament, there is no opposition; no one to voice an alternate view. And don't rely on the mainstream media to do that. The media, all over the world, is not 'independent'; it is no longer 'enthusiastic' about 'investigative journalism' and has lost its moral compass. Careers and profits are deemed more important than truth and integrity. What a world we have come to inhabit. :old:

Well done Wilfred a player with a backbone and to say it as it is. Hopefully the sheep will follow.

Most of the Bournemouth side didn't take the knee last night. Didn't really notice what the Jacks were doing.
