Help please...

I was out in town with a colleague from the midlands tonight and we got talking to group of guys from Ayr, who have come to Cardiff to commemorate 25 years since the passing of Jock Stein. Before we get into a Celtic-Rangers thing these guys were Ayr fans who were at Ninian the night Jock passed away.

We got chatting and I told them of the plaque commemerating his passing and they asked if I thought it would be possible to visit the ground to see it. I gave them Julian Jenkins name, because I vaguely know him, remember him drinking in the Lansdowne pre match (Didn't he used to go in there with you Annis ?) before he worked for the club. Does anyone know his number (PM me please) or who I could speak to, to ensure these guys get to see the plaque, be a real shame to come all this way and miss out on that - wouldn't it ?

By the way they were also talking of paying on the gate to see the Hull game, I told them to buy tomorrow because we are now big time .

The plaque used to be on the city walk arch but it isnt anymore so perhaps it has been given to them

lol yeah it was deffo on the City Walk last season - can't say i notcied it had gone - talk about observant!
