Neil Harris must be tamping right now

Wed Mar 03, 2021 12:33 pm

Hey guys what a bit of form we are in under MM, but I do believe that NH deserves a lot of credit as he signed some key players for us including Kieffer Moore by the way what a signing he was for £2 million. Also Perry ng who since he's arrived in January as been excellent. Also the loan signing of Harry Wilson and the signing of Dillon Phillips who imo has been better than Smithies all captured by NH I think that all he was lacking was a bit of tactical nous. Not willing to change the formation much and in comes MM and change to a 352 and then we win 7 out of 10 games. Is MM picking a different team not really except Aden Flint just a different formation and a arm around the players to tell them how good they are and give them some confidence. Do you think the top 2 is out of the question because the way we are playing at the moment, we look like we are unbeatable and to go 10 games in this league unbeaten is a special achievement in itself. If we keep this form up I think there could be outside chance. But if we get in the play offs no one will want to play us if we can carry this form till the end of the season. However my only worry is that we have peaked to soon as the play offs are still a long way away.

Top 2 is nearly impossible based on previous season points tallies for 2nd and our best, realistic points achievment...

Maybe sacked Harris 3 or 4 games too late for top 2?

Harris didn't sign them, the committee did.

Harris deserves no credit in bringing these players in.

Try to get your facts right before creating threads like this. Harris did not sign any of those you mention...

But hey, you are another of this Forum's wind up merchants (read your posts), so no change there, eh? ;)

No, he was a 'yes' man, who did as he was told...

I didn't believe it at first but I had it explained to me in a way that made it clear and it showed why the owner was so praising of him 'as a person' after he left, despite a poor season at that point and 7 straight defeats at the end of his tenure

Look everyone, all CCFC genuine fans want to see the team do well.

Opinions differ on this forum as in life generally but I don’t see any reason to make posters on this board feel small just for expressing their opinions. We all support the City!

Of course there is always the old saying “sticks and stones may break my bones..........etc”!

Can we be more tolerant especially when we are doing well.

I'll be more clear; you're not actually a wind up merchant, so I apologise on that; you're not that good and are actually just another poor poster from the dark era who can't debate back without lowering your tone to 'pathetic'

Ok mate that's your opinion about me you don't even know me, maybe you should get a job down the city seeing as you know it all about people's posts. You obviously know what are good and bad posts. I only post about football coz this is a football forum. I'm not interested in who lives in what house like you.

About the level I expected from you as a poster, fella... ;)

I certainly don't 'know' you and vice versa, so how come you can have an opinion of me (Muppet) but I can't have one of you...? :?

That's where people like you (metaphorically) fail; you don't know when you're tripping yourself up! ;)

As for the Census thread, I'm not really sure WTF you are talking about. I posted in jest, as it is fast becoming a joke as more and more people refuse to add their details for both consoraciy theory and other nefarious reasons

No issue with you posting about football but try talking about what you know rather than what you think to be the truth, i.e. assuming Neil Harris chose those players and/or asked the club to sign them; simply not true... ;)

I've got to admit that I'm struggling to believe NH had zero impact on who came in.

Take Wilson for example. Surely the minimum is he must have been asked if he wanted him?

Ian, I would think the same under normal circumstances but Neil Harris was more a coach than manager and it will be interesting to see how it is run this summer with a much stronger man in the hot seat :thumbright:

Try to get your facts right before creating threads like this. Harris did not sign any of those you mention...

But hey, you are another of this Forum's wind up merchants (read your posts), so no change there, eh? ;)

How do you work out he didn't sign any of these players you Muppet. He was the manager he had these players recommended bro him and surely he could have said no if he didn't want them. What do you mean I'm a wind up merchant. I write posts on here that are only my opinion and I have right to express my opinion and don't care what a Muppet like you thinks.

He had no say in the transfers.

Zero.

Thanks, Ned...

You know it, I know it and others know it as FACT; but there are always those who simply cannot accept the truth; particularly when their made up theories are batted back at them...

Oddly, I was only discussing that very subject earlier today, i.e. where certain people on here get all personally abusive and avoiding of appropriate (on topic) response when they can't back themselves up

I won't mention specific names on this particular topic, as it seems 'bluebirdredbird' might not like it...

Mick might be a straight talking dont suffer fools type fella... how demanding he is though i do not know... seemed to be quite happy going along with the dont spend /low expectations plan at Ipswich...
