I wonder how much and the intensity.......

of training MM will have them do between yesterday and tuesday given the boys looked more leggy in the last 20mins than I've seen so far this season. My feeling is we were so buggered it was responsible for us conceeding.

Martin, I have to say the last 25mins yesterday we looked very tired.

Comes a time where training is not needed if there are a lot of games to play in a short period.

I agree Ian, it has to be calmed down a lot.

The pitches we have played on haven't helped much either.but you would think Mm & Co know how far to push them in training ;) :old: :bluebird:

They did look absolutely knackered on Saturday and it's a quick turnaround to Luton on Tuesday.

Seven games in February I think which works out one game every four days so managing recovery time has to be a top priority for the management team.

I was a bit surprised that only Bacuna came on on Saturday (can't really count Colwill as he was so late) when it was clear that some of our players were out on their feet , especially Moore and Morrison.

Perhaps having to have academy players on the bench is meaning Mick is a little loathe to change things too much but I would have thought that Watters could have come on and given Keiffer a break for the last 15 minutes or so, especially when you think how vital he is to the way we play.

Good post.
I think the only thing keeping Moore on was his height. Defending set pieces etc.

Agreed good post, but moore needed to come off,MM has said after letting glatzel leave on loan, that he would have no problem in playing watters, he cannot afford to burn moore out, so will need to switch it up a bit,in order to keep him as freash as possible.

Fatigue same for most teams .i presume.managers will need to rotate their squads as much as possible.

SKIPRAT

completly agree exactly what i was going to add i thought moore could have had a rest when 3 up and brough in the new striker and also have brought the youngster on for a longer period than he was given in mid field
We will have jonny to olay with tomorrow and tomlin apparently has decided to come on board now we are near to play offs " joke"
