I had never heard of that before, with two No 10s .
Mick considering some called him a dinosaur, and stuck in the past, before he come here.
I've been really surprised how well him and TC have done .
I know its early days but , listening to them coaching from the sidelines (thanks to lockdown you can hear) its been really refreshing .
The way they have found a formation that seems to suit the players we have . Plus altering tactics during games, if only they had came in 2/3 games earlier . You cant buy experience !

yes its about doing the best out of what you have... not someone who has a plan out of a coaching manual that he is determined to fit people into....
