He does what the manager tells him to do. Not much unnecessary back passes, possession for possession sake.

Played well but tired, its all a balance. Ralls can run and tackle all day, Pack has a more accurate pass.

He's better for us than Ralls.

Ralls or Vaulkes but not in the same team .

A useful addition to our squad and confident on the ball.

Mick has managed to make certain players look like they can really contribute significantly to what the team is trying to achieve.

Pack, Flint and Vaulks all beginning to look very different players from how they looked under Harris and the results are clear to see.

Hopefully we can soon add Murphy to that list as well and if Mick can get a tune out of Josh then we could really see some real progress as a result
