Re NML - Is there a flaw in the rule?

Should the rule be changed so we could be entitled to some compensation for off Middlesboro for NML.At the end of the day Cardiff City has done nothing wrong and the player himself has been his own downfall.
We lose out while Boro and the player gain.
It just doesn’t sit right and sends out all the wrong signals.

Actually City could go after NML for compensation as he broke his contract, but good luck getting money off him, he probably has spent it all on you know what

If that’s true then we should and if NML can’t pay he should play.

Chelsea sued Mutu for millions in 2005 and won..Mutu appealed , Chelsea won again. Mutu appealed again .. and again...Chelsea keep winning but still havent had a penny...
