Greg Cunningham just gave Preston the lead at Blackburn

Preston won 2-1 at Blackburn tonight.

Good news for us, we'll go above both of them if we beat Coventry.

How can a ground like Hillsborough be frozen ? Didn't they use Undersoil heating and covers?

I might be reading this wrong but if Norwich beat Stoke (likely) and Derby beat Borough (less likely) and we beat Coventry (possible) with Brizzle not playing we would be up to 7th?

Surely that can't be right can it?

Good result for us tonight; I wondered why we were so keen to get Greg Cunningham to Preston...

Incentive for the Bluebirds tomorrow now....

Time for Mick McCarthy and his team to make a statement of intent :ayatollah:

I reckon at least one of Reading, Watford and Bournemouth will bottle it.

My prediction...

Jacks finish 3rd after just missing out on autos to Norwich while Brentford storm the league.

The classic loss of momentum means the youngsters of Swansea struggle to get their heads right for the playoffs and end up taking a pasting off a bouyant City side whose momentum under Mick Mccarthy propelled them into 6th spot on the last day of the season edging out Boro.

Warnock says something about 'its a great club I love em me' and wishes us well then wins the league with Boro next season before getting relegated the season after that.

City then 'Old Man' Watford in the final playing dazzling football with a finally fit Lee Tomlin and Harry Wilson being unplayable in dual number ten roles while Kiefer Moore celebrates his first ever hat-trick in a City shirt with an unexpected overhead somersault with machine gunfire finish.

Sol comes on for the last minute to rapturous applause before Troy Deeney gives away a penalty in the 94th which Sol steps up to cooly slot home. Later in the year he gets his first ever number one single which is a cover of Wham's Last Christmas.

In honour of the occasion (our promotion not Sol's musical success) VT buys Greg's and introduces a free sausage roll for anyone with a City shirt on for the entirety of the 21/22 season.

Oh and we secure Carlsberg as a sponsor of course.

I'm genuinely interested as to why the 'S-word' came into the conversation?

Mis-read, mis-intended or simply clutching to get an 'in'? :?

Not too sure, but definitely odd...
