Kav because he is exactly what this team is lacking.

we dont play the football to suit earnie, but out of that 4, i would take kav, we lack real leadership in the middle of the park, he's the box to box midfielder we've lacked and can get stuck in.

Spot on, Kav for me from those four in this current team.

My choice isn't there as that would be Whitts God Rest His Soul, but out of those 4 it would be Gabbs a class act.

For me it would have to be EARNIE as he scored goals for us ! Not had anyone like him [ as a pure goalscorer ] since he left us in my opinion.

Gabbidon for me I believe he could of played for a top 4 club if not for injuries

Tough call but I'll go with Kav. As others have said he is exactly what the side has been missing for a long time now.

Definitely Kav out of them four,but agree with some of the previous posts Whitts.

Out of those players the one we need most at the moment I think is Kavanagh.

Earnie wouldn’t fit our style at the moment and Moore is doing a job.
Leggy we have Bennett.
Gabbidon defensively we are pretty solid.

Midfield is an issue for us and Kavanagh was so good. Plus he would be class for his free kicks and the leadership piece too.

We have had a couple of decent goal scorers in McCormack and Chopra and Bothroyd wasn't bad too. It would be Earnie for me think he would do well playing alongside Moore.

For this current team, in this formation then its kav!

Would have to be Kav,with him this squad could be top 2 and agree with others about Whitts R.I.P

As much as Legg was a club legend, I believe Bennett - who has played every season for us in the top two divisions - is a better player than Legg was during his time with Cardiff City.
Gabbidon was quality and his speed would really compliment our sluggish defence.
Kavanagh is the sort of player our midfield is currently missing in terms of leadership and overall ability.
As for Earnshaw, if we were playing with two strikers, he would be my choice as he was a goal machine, but we don’t, so reluctantly he wouldn’t be my choice.

It would be between Gabbidon and Kavanagh and I’d pick the later, as I think our current central midfield options are weaker than central defence.

Kav without a doubt. We have been crying out for a hard tackling midfield general pretty much since he's been gone. A no nonsense captain who frightens opposition attackers and his own team mates, and gives everything every game.

Ideally All Four of them,,, but I think we really need a player like GK bossing the midfield,,, something that's been lacking for a long while at City.
