Thank you Bluesince62. My father was a kind, generous man, loved by all who met him. I have him to thank for my years of suffering watching the City since he first took me down in the late 80's. We were regulars since the Eddie May promotion year. He would have enjoyed watching us beat the Wurzels yesterday. RIP Dad. Thank you all for your condolences.

I think we all have a Dad or Grandad to "thank" for putting us through the hope of being an half tidy team. Sometimes we managed it other times we didnt.. Im sure you and your Dad have been through those times like the rest of have enjoyed / endured. Sorry to hear about your sad loss - Ive been there to. My only advice - keep everyone close, the thoughts and experiences that may have once seemed unimportant will now be funny and happy memories.

Always sad to hear of another departing Bluebird...

Very sad news rip bluebird always a sad time when one of our own is taken away from us port talbot bluebirds

Id like to thank you all for your kind words regarding this sad thread,I know Tom(his son) has been touched by fellow bluebirds messages,in what is a very tough period for him & his family.
