Posted the other week as the tide turned regarding under 23s? The two new appointments seems to have had an extraordinary effect on things! So was it always there but never had right people in charge but now got right people in charge its coming to fruition ? No coincidence got two top coaches that results are better.

I agree and the board and transfer committee deserve a lot of credit for identifying the issues we were having and going out to find the best possible solution.

This is a very young squad for its age range which will only get better

Early days but considering the hammering they've been having this season, primarily because of their ages, it is quite a turnaround; even beating them down m4 who by all accounts have a fantastic academy? Hopefully start of better things Annis and getting them into 1st team squad next season :bluescarf:

Allan,

Fantastic today :bluebird: :bluebird:

I am more than happy with 3 wins in the last 6 weeks :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:

3 wins in our last 12 games, so we need to keep winning :bluebird: :bluebird:

I am a massive fan of our youth, always believed in it and use to watch them.

I post them on here, because i like everyone to keep updated.

But I am not getting carried away after 11yrs of failure under this Committee /Regime , they have let our club down badly.

As the saying goes, better late than never Annis.
And both age groups are very young! The under 23's average age is around 19, and lots of young boys in under 18's too.
Maybe, just maybe, we have the right personnel in place now?
Long may it continue, and hopefully a few of them push on towards the 1st team.bloooooobirds!!

Fair play, whilst not getting too carried away, its goid to see results for both age groups improving, especially after the start both had.
