The club's highest-ever league finish was second in the top flight in 1906–07. They were FA Cup runners-up in 1909, and won the Welsh Cup in 1934 despite being an English team. The club have also won the second tier title once, the third tier title four times, the Anglo-Scottish Cup once, and the Football League Trophy a record three times.

For me this is an easy win. MM third game and we already look like champion league contenders so this I predict will be 3-1 to us. Right man right time right job it all fits.

This will be the first game mick has had against a team that wants to play on the floor so I reckon mick will do them. Milwall and Barnsley wanted to battle us and launch it long but Bristol will want to play. I reckon we’ll bully them. 2-0

I have a cousin in Bristol (a massive wurzel fan) and Ive just had a text asking for predictions, he seems to think Brizzle are in the frame for an easy win. Pressure mounting on Brizzle from the fans they are or rather were expecting minimum top 6 finish if not auto promotion

We are still conceding goals, if it’s not one player making a mistake it’s another!

2-0 loss I’m afraid.

C'mon Baz, why so optimistic?
