Correct.

It's been obvious for months that there would be issues with fans travelling, so it doesn't sit well that they've waited until after the refund date to say this.

While I agree that it seems well dodgy their past form should have pointed to this being highly likely to happen, back handers have probably been given out a while ago and are non refundable. Not sure they get much of a choice on fans actually traveling, more of an issue for each individual country.

I dont see this as a negative, in fact, although its annoying fans can't travel, if this newspaper article ends up being true and UEFA make that decision...It will mean EVERYBODY who still has tickets gets automatic refunds. It valso means that those still tryimg to get refunds from travel companies will get a better argument for a refund because its then official fans cant travel.

Saying all that its the 4th different version of what might happen that I have seen this week and all still speculation unfortunately which leaves fans totally in the dark until at least April.

Understandable really.
Not every country is in the best shape and it will only get worst if people travel.

What is the point ????? Nobody is going anywhere without two jabs and even then there will be problems. I cannot see large crowds until 2022. As for the Euros watching football in empty stadiums is like watching you mate fish off a pier.
