There was a classy touch from Wednesday's hosts, when they donned T-shirts in support of Sol Bamba.


The iconic Bluebirds centre half was diagnosed with cancer earlier this month and there has been floods of support thrown his way from the football fraternity.

None more so than up at Barnsley, when the Tykes were tops with the words "Cancer has no colours" on the front and "Bamba 22" on the back.

A lovely gesture of support for a player so dearly loved in this part of the world.
