What about this McCarthy stabilise till the end of the season. Frank Lampard offered the job with a war chest. Promotes the youth policy he wanted at Chelski. We don’t spend any more money this transfer window. I know,I know what your saying “He wouldn’t come to Cardiff, why not after all he went to Derby yes I know they had Rooney but that hasn’t done them any good. It would show good intent by the board as to where they want to go and if nothing else it may sell some extra season tickets to the people who are not going to renew next season because of what’s happened this season. Now that would really be something to look forward to.

I heard that Lampard was 'fired' by Roman Abramovich after he found out through a KGB contact that Frank Lampard had been 'tapped up' by Mehmet Dalman (without the knowledge of his boss and paymaster, Agent VT)
Roman was apparently heard to say 'He simply has to go; we can't have a club like Cardiff City going to the Premier League with Frank and threatening our place in the elite Top 6'
Time will tell but the source has been consistent on the past, although I can't say who that is in order to protect the identity of SamRean
