MILLWALL FANS:

One more defeat and he would have equalled the Club record for consecutive losses.

Reading their Forum this season has been almost a mirror image of what happened on here - the majority bemoaning the worst football they had seen in living memory.

It was only Tan who was keeping him in a job, apparently, with the rest of the Board wanting to ditch him some while back.

We know that Harris is way, way out of his depth at this level. Which is why I repeat that I hope he doesn't try to keep finding jobs in the `Championship merry-go-round and settles for Stevenage or Boreham Wood or somewhere.

Money in the bank already and less stress for him is he can enjoy life with his family.

After what's happened this season and what happened towards the end of his time at Millwall, I'll be shocked if he gets another Championship job in the near future.

If he wants to stay in management, he'll have to drop down to League One or League Two in my opinion.

The fact that he frequently threw his players under the bus to the media won't have help him when clubs are considering him for jobs.

Interesting read. Aside from his tactical inability a couple of posters are suggesting behind the scenes he lacks man management skills and is quite egotistical. It wouldn't surprise me. The Mendez affair seemed to be the catalyst for his spiral downwards and maybe he had a part to play in that. League one or lower is his management level. Came across as a nice bloke but towards the end he really angered me with inept excuses for what has been the worst football played by this team for many years. He wouldn't own it and should have fallen on his own sword like Warnock.

No one said he was out of his depth when he took the City to the play offs, in fact there was so much smoke being blown up his arse it was unreal and now he is out of his depth. Couldn't make it up.

Fickle fans are we not. I think we will beat Barnsley but what if we lose the next few games, then what?
