No one has really mentioned Mark Delaney when it comes to the City job. He's an ex Bluebird and Welsh international who would know the Club and the City and not doing a bad job with Aston Villa under 23"s. He would know the score I should imagine with a lot of premier league fringe players too.
A lot of clubs have gone down this root in the past and been successful so why not us?

Maybe at some point yes, but I think we need a bit more experience at present.
