The problem we might have is other than the players who have come in this season either on permanent or loans they have been brought up on long ball football,so changing to a new manager might not be easy. But we live in hope that things can improve so that our season does not end disastrously.

A manager that utilises the players correctly, and gets the pass success rate up to at least 80% (and no, not sideways or backwards passing ) and for me,the most important ingredient, has to be instilling,pride,and passion for the shirt,which imho has been sadly lacking this year.
