2016 - finished 4th in League one (with one of the best squads) and lost in play offs

2017 - finished 6th in League one (with one of the best squads) and won the play offs

2018 - finished 8th in championship

2019 - the year he left - Millwall finished 21st in championship !!!!!!!!

Well done Neil - great amazing job at Millwall

By the way Warnock did not recommend Harris as a couple of people have said . Someone in London recommended him Tan.
He is cheap, a yes man and will do the dirty work Slade and Trollope had to do .
