Let's be honest even he can say its not going well for him.
We as fans would love nothing more than for him to do well but he does not fit the club, he is not like a Warnock where he would scream and shout at the players for doing badly, he would just say dont do it again. He unfortunately is the wrong fit for the club. He is the wrong character for the club. He can not motivate the players like Warnock did and potentially other manager could do.
