And if the rumours are true the hapless Neil Harris was Tans choice, hence why he is still in a job, when many bosses would have been sacked weeks ago. This is arrogant and very out of touch with the modern game If true.

We do not have a football man in the board room making the big decisions, this is the heartbeat of the problem before we get to Neil Harris. I am grateful for the financial support from Mr tan in the past, its no doubt saved us from some possible serious positions. But I haven't really enjoyed a consistent style of football with a definite philosophy since Dave Jones which was pre-Tan. So to me we have earned this tag as a spoiler team, a "you know what your going to get" team, a physical, long throw, set piece, chase the game when its to late team under his ownership, under his managers. I will rejoice the day I start to enjoy our style of football again.

Please come forward and communicate with us VT, if its good or bad news, just put your customers in the picture, as to whats going on and the plans for our club. I don't care who appointed him, start by replacing Neil Harris ASAP, you finally listened regarding the horrendous change to red, (though I despise the wiggly worm) you reversed that, its time for another major reversal.

No one at the club cares, they will when in league 1 though.

Totally agree. The 3 main individuals on the board only deal with Cardiff on a part time basis. We needed a Director of Football years ago. Look how good the Norwich Director of Football is compared to the football knowledge on our Board. We lack identity, and if you had a Director he would have a list of potential candidates, when we sack Harris. I have no confidence they would pick the right candidate.

It's a long time since I've so many post comments, this is passion, and that's what lacking on the management, keep the post rolling, this is the only way the club will listen...

well they are not very good football men then because everyone and their dog watched us chuck our play off chances away over the first 13 games.... Harris is not the man...
