This as a mark of respect to friends and family after the sad death this week of Mohamud Hassan in mysterious circumstances.
It was apparent that some Black Lives Matter supporters may have attended and it would not be right to involve the club in this issue at such a sensitive time.
There are still a lot of fans though who want to see an end to this taking the knee and do not want politics involved with their club,

Was this actually a thing, how embarrassing![]()
What a ridiculous idea 1) we are in a pandemic and you should only be protesting things that have an actual effect on your life 2) just do some research into the general treatment of black people in the last 300 years for a bit of perspective onto why people are so passionate about this.
You'll probably spout some nonsense about "all lives matter" or "BLM are a marxist group" blah blah which is irrelevant.

Fair enough. Well done mate. I think under the circumstances it's the right thing to do. I can understand people if people who don't agree with players taking the knee having the right to have their own veiws heard but I think in this instance and at this emotive time you have chosen to take an adult veiw of an ongoing situation. Imo I agree with this decision. Respect shown is respect earned in my book.

Erm a young man has been killed after being in police custody not far from the Cardiff city stadium I think its wise for everyone to take a step back and let the forthcoming investigations take due course.
As many will remember from the eighties let's not cast assumptions to soon on a ongoing investigation.

Forest made 7 changes to their line up today. Can you confirm Taylor was dropped for his comments? Or did you also get that from a WhatsApp rumour?

If it was based on the same model as the ones in Scumsea then yes. And that was a success

I would've thought it set out to stop the players taking the knee and judging by coopers comment of “But in terms of taking the knee, we are a club that’s continuing to commit to it.” it failed.
People definitely have too much time on their hands now if they're willing to waste at least an hour of their weekend for a ten second event in the hopes of getting on the TV.

Because of the different protests several teams no longer take the knee and many more are joining the fight. We won’t give up and the very reason it pisses the likes of you off makes everything worthwhile![]()
