Now we have finished level on points with Italy 16 points each but under the rules of the competition teams are ranked against the following head to head criteria;

Number of points - Well that's 3 each.

Goal Difference - Wales +3 Italy -2 So Wales Win That one

Number of goals - Wales 4 Italy 2 - So Wales Win That one

Away goals - Wales 0 Italy 1 - So Italy win that one.

So on the 2nd & 3rd criteria Wales have won the group and Qualified, at least that what I make of the rules or am I missing something.

That's it we beat Hungary 4-1 so we are runners up in the group by 1 away goal.
