Didn't MD say, a while ago, that whatever the outcome of the tribunal, the money was there to pay it in full??

I think we already provided for most of it in last years accounts so it shouldn't affect our overall debt position or the profit/loss of the club this year.

Whether we have the money to pay it is another thing entirely.

other agencies are dealing with truth, facts and blame...this is a sports claim that has cost the club millions...

Should have paid up from the start. The chances of winning this case were always slim and it’s made the club look terribly bad.

It could now be nearly as much as another £5mill if Tan loses the case again, remember this is an appeal .
