Sven, I’m glad I’m not the only one who can see Morrison’s obvious talent and importance to our team, and personally think Nelson, who often goes missing in games, is the weaker link.

As for Bennett, he’s a very good LB by Championship standards and I’m more concerned by Bacuna at RB (albeit not his fault).

If I was going to criticise two of our defenders, which is not the intention of my post, it most certainly wouldn’t be Morrison and Bennett. Then again, I believe many read comments on social media and jump on the scapegoat bandwagon.

The squad needs a complete overhaul. The lack of pace, creativity and general technical ability is poor. January is always a difficult window to do business in so I'm not expecting much. Need a rb 100%, anything else is a bonus. In the summer though we need to bring in some fresh hungry talent to go straight into the starting 11 plus a few decent loans from the prem.

No parachute payments and no saleable players so no idea where the money is going to come from. Hopefully Tan is feeling generous.

We're struggling all over the field apart from in goal.

We need a new right back, a centre back, 1 maybe 2 midfielders, a winger and a striker.

So at least 6 players for me to come in to be able to challenge.

To go, Murphy needs to go somewhere. He's never looked like wanting to be here. Whyte needs a spell on loan, Vassell needs to be let go, Pack for me needs to go as well. I don't know if I'm missing something but the guy is too slow and just not good enough.

If Benkovic goes back to Leicester then I don't think anyone else will be going. Cunningham needed as Centre back cover (sure he can play there?!) and he was the only other player other than Day I could see realistically leaving. If Benkoivic goes then Cunningham will likely leave. I'd rather Cunningham over Benkovic myself. He really was a class player when he was at Preston.

If we can get something for Murphy and replace him then that'd be a bonus. Other than that can't see any takers for our fringe players like Whyte and the rest of the squad is threadbare.

Think we'll see a right-back come in, someone said Jephcott the other day and that's a good shout and hopefully, a striker rumours around Greenwood from Leeds are quite promising but then I think that'll be it.

Harris needs to go and and a fresh mind needs to come in and rebuild squad over a number of windows..This season is over.

Like to have seen a new manager in before we move players out, decent manager could turn some of them into first team regulars.
