Gerwyn Price beats Gary Anderson 7-3 to win the World Darts Championship and become World Number One.

Good luck to him tonight in the World Darts Championship Final against Gary Anderson :thumbright:

I thinke's the first Welsh player to make it to the PDC World Final(?), hopefully he can get the win and also become World Number One.

It's live on Sky Sports from 7.30pm.

Got a bit nervy late on, as would be expected.

But a fantastic performance by Gerwyn Price overall and well deserved World Champion.

Yes well done but for me nothing will surpass Leighton Rees bearing John Lowe to win the 1978 World title.

The Welsh boy did it. What sporting drama, you could feel every ounce of nerves and pressure watching that at home.

Congratulations Gezza. Gerwyn Price, World Champion.

Yes well done
What was most upsetting was the unsportsmanlike behaviour of the losing scotsman gary anderson
not once did he acnowledge the winner at the end or during his interview all he said was about how poor he played himself
Gerwyn was hammering him 5 to 1 and it was his nerves that stopped him making it a white wash nearly
and could not finish him off
not a big come back from anderson.
Every loser i have ever heard interviewed have been gracious in defeat and wished the winner all the best shocking from a scotsman who by inlarge are very fair.

Poor loser. Not an endearing trait to possess.

I too was a poor loser, sulking and refusing to accept defeat.

Taken a lot of therapy but I now show a healthy respect to my missus whenever she beats me at Ker Plunk.
