Im just surmising! Should be clearer, i used the term crock of shite,to highlight the fact the above thinks we are shit,which in part he is right.but there are people(managers) that would take us as we are,and work with them to judge the players first hand.

managers jobs are not 10 a penny but out of work managers and people who see themselves as managers are.... so finding a manager isnt going to be difficult.

A change at the helm might just motivate those left to do their jobs with some reinforcements
