People can call for Harris to go all they like, but do they

People can call for Harris to go all they like, but do they honestly trust the board to find the correct replacement? Trollope, Slade, OGS were all handpicked by Dalman & co. The problem runs far deeper than just the current manager.

The right sort of calls now being made from the fans, which is good quality manager FIRST!

You don't panic and just make a change for change sake, you should have a succession plan.

When Harris was appointed the board should continue to search for the best Championship Manager likely to come here when available, keep Harris until someone better is sacked or moves on from another club.

Decent Managers will come available in the next few months hang on until then, Harris won't take us up, and he won't take us down either, so we have time to replace with quality and plan for the next summer transfer window.

Harris has been a bit unlucky, a fully fit Tomlin, Moore and Morrison and we would have more points and the position would look a lot better than it presently does. With Morrison and Moore back shortly we will be ok about 10th overall.

Frankly we'd be hard pushed to find someone to do a worse job than 4 losses in 5 including one against a team struggling at the bottom of the table

As I've said previously, this same committee has also appointed Mackay and Warnock and they didn't do too badly !!

The biggest problem right now is who is available. Interesting this one, but the most disappointing outcome would be for Harris to stay in the job

Pearson, Bamba, Bellamy and Pullis aren't the answer, not much around so wait for a Warnock or Mackay, let's not panic and get a Trollope or Slade!

To be honest I would be happy with the safer option of Pearson or the gamble of Bellamy but we've got to get rid of Harris first
