Constant contradictions from the manager. Contradictions equals excuses equals poor leadership equals lack of respect. This is our manager. Has constantly said he had a good strong squat now he says they are not good enough. The players will read this and that’s when the respect goes. If the fans could get in the ground there is no way he would survive. Unfortunately the absentee management have no clue what to do. Bury their faces in the sand hoping it will come good. I’ve supported the City for over 50 years and I can tell you the only way forward is to get rid of Harris. Now. Get Bellers. Pride passion and knowledge of the game at the highest level. For me I'm not sure getting rid of Harris is the full solution.

I would like to see those 11 that played against the Jacks leave as well. That's how I feel after such a performance. Everything we need for such a game was not there at all. out of a scale of 0 to 10 they all got a 0. That to me means they have everything to do to remain at the club. If we do get rid of Harris I hope they don't start thinking they are off the hook.

And there you have it.After what we achieved last season together with the signings we made anybody including Harris could be forgiven for thinking we've got a strong squad capable of challenging for the auto's,I know loads on here thought so too.The players he's brought in have generally performed well,its the players that he inherited that have let him and us down.
