1. Sack Harris
2. Get an experienced, end of career manager in to end of season to keep us afloat
3. Poach a head of youth from a reasonably successful academy and give them a promotion to sporting director duties.
3. Give them 6 months to get the feel for the club and put together a plan for a new manager and vision in the summer
4. Success

Easy as that
1. Sack and we would have to pay him up his contract at a time we have low incomings
2. Would any experienced manager take it for just 6 months with little chance of bringing players in ?
3. Why would a head of youth necessarily be any good at being a director of football? Can you name a candidate ?
4. Are you saying this youth manager whoever he is should have the say on sho our permanent manager would be if Harris left ?
5. Success is never guaranteed even with the best manager in the world

Rip the whole lot up and start again.
New board, new manager, new players. It may take relegation to do it, but I certainly believe all this involved from top down at Cardiff city have taken us as far as they can.
