Billic or jocanovic for foreign manager, Pearson,or if he
was available chris wilder we need a no nonsense manager asap

I think the worse thing we can do is continue the manager merry go round.

We need to get rid of the outdated system. We need a general manager,sporting director or Director of football otherwise we keep on with these lurches of styles and systems.

Watford may be seen as a bit of a joke, but the first team coach know what they get into and they seem to get better people than us. Any manager who wants control of recruitment need not be considered.

The DOF/General manager under instruction from the owner (let be serious) and fans set the direction then recruit coaching staff to achieve that direction. The hire and fire of the coaching staff is the DOF. If after 5 years we have not hit the goal the owner removes the DOF/General Manager.

Obviously the first team coach is heavily consulted, but we don't just buy players who happen to be with the right agent as that has happened every time we have a "big name" manager.

We need a five year plan, not short term managers.
