If and I mean if Neil Harris is kept on by the CCFC Committee, then they have to back Harris and let him strengthen as with long term injuries I agree the squad is at full stretch.

I’d say we need at least 4 in.

RB, Midfielder, Winger and a Striker.

There we be just as many going out if clubs want them. Think the youngsters stand a better chance of going out rather than the older ones who currently are totally out of form.

IF he stays I would prefer that he’s given no money to spend this transfer windows and we make a clean break from him at the end of the season.
I don’t mind the club supporting him with a loan or two or a player out, player in situation to see if he can reach the play offs.

I wouldn't give Harris any money ,he has got some quality players now and can't get the team the play good enough

Paul, for me if your keeping your manager then you surely have to back him.

If they don’t have faith in him with money then they should sack him.

isnt that a sort of neither here or there situ though ?
i think if you have confidence in him ...back him...
if you think someone else could be doing better ,do it and back the new guy...
or if your of a mind the season has gone and so will he be in June , do it now ,give the new guy 20 odd games to assess the squad... and actually say thats what youve done

Yeah I get what your saying but the club seem to be dithering about him going or staying.
Before the recent good run they were on the verge of outing in him - I know this for a fact.

Now they’re waiting to see what happens in the very near future.

Whatever happens I believe it’s just papering over the cracks of the situation and eventually he’ll be moved on.
I certainly don’t want the club to back him with money as I’d prefer it to be given to a new manager whenever that will be.

For sure that makes sense but from my view I’d prefer not to give him any transfer money.
