' The chairman's January claim ringing loudly for Neil Harris '
The problem with the three defeats in four games now means that the next two fixtures are so, so important.

Wycombe up next on Tuesday before Rotherham on Saturday and Cardiff simply have to return with two wins to carry some momentum into 2021.
Automatic promotion is unrealistic, Neil Harris has said, but if they are to break into that top six they need to pull together another run of results like they did at the start of this month.
Harris has always maintained top two was to far for the Bluebirds, but top six he believes is possible with the current squad he has at his disposible.
Should Cardiff take six points from their next two games, then the returns of Osei-Tutu, Kieffer Moore and Lee Tomlin will be that much closer and all of a sudden the landscape is a ever-so-slightly lusher.
Cardiff are a streaky team at the minute, though, either enduring rotten runs or stringing together a number of impressive wins on the bounce. The latter needs to start against Wycombe, that is for sure.
With the January transfer window on the horizon, too, it is even more important in the eyes of the board.
Harris made the suggestion that Thomas Frank has been at Brentford since 2016 and has had four years to build this squad, which might have been an indication that he might need a few more transfer windows to shape the squad he wants.
But, make no mistake, on paper, this squad should be doing far better than it currently is and that is exactly what chairman Mehmet Dalman said back in October.
Following the closure of the transfer window, Dalman said : "We'll be very disappointed if this team isn't in the top six by January."
Well, they are now seven points adrift of that top-six spot and January is looming.
Dalman did not mince his words when he spoke of his expectations, and he was within his rights to have lofty ambitions following the stellar work the club did in the window, but those expectations are not being met at the minute.
The cold hard facts are that Cardiff have won as many games as they have lost this year, just eight wins in 21 matches. That ratio needs to change drastically over the coming weeks, that's for sure.
