Position in Championship / Under 23's / Under 18's / How are we honestly doing after Tans 11 years?

Be honest?

Obviously he's playing mind games with the board. He's saying we cannot keep pace the Championship big boys and needs the purse strings loosened.

The blokes a genius. He's got a top Welsh striker for 1.5 mill,a back up keeper for half a mill, some quality loans already.

Now to push on and get a decent defense. Conceding 2 per game is a deliberate tactic to show the board we lacking here.

The apparent lack of any footballing managerial awareness is a ruse. To utilise only a few of the subs to change or freshen up the team and to see out the game when we are losing by subbing at 90 minutes plus will be adopted by lesser coaches like Kopp and Pep.

Thus vindicating his astute abilities.

For sure he will be further backed AND also I feel deserving of a pay rise.

I still think tan and the board are just running the club and from day to day and don’t have the same ambitions as the fans have

Arris is just keeping himself in a job during this period of a pandemic plain and simple.

There seems to be a lot in this'd even Tan has indicated this with his seemingly lack of ambition in the managerial/player stakes

Is he still working hard to clear the debt? Personally, I think so; but we have to have a product on the field that works and the current team/squad are intermittent at best

Not all the teams fault (and probably not the manager's either) but there is a spark missing and it needs to be ignited very soon or watch the season's fire be dampened by a steady mist of persistent rain

Some big decisions to be made this next few days/weeks that will show if the club really 'want' to push on right now
