Have you seen the beach (mud ) at Weston?
It stretches almost to Cardiff when the tide is out. It looks like you could walk across, no boats needed.

I was up there in the Summer, a few people tried walking about a mile out to the sea, and many were stuck up to their knees sucked right into the mud! Scary situation to find yourself in no doubt.
